Tupac and My Non-Thug Life

The author is a fan of Tupac, who knows the news of his death on the way home from the cheerleaders. Tupac makes the girl proud of the African American culture, and she and her friends attach great importance to Tupac's music. When he died, the author and her friend mourn tupac's death. There is an analysis of his lyrics in the essay. I am not very understanding of the singer and the North American culture, so I do not understand the meaning of the essay, but I probably know it is about the race. The author admires her idol, and it is in place for the cruel reality. She said:" And even so we dally so delicately cared for, nurtured and protected from any of life's hard edges - with special efforts made to shield us from many involving race - that we sometimes felt ready to explode with boredom.Or maybe because of all that.I mourned Tupac's death then, and continue to mourn him now, because his music represents the years when I was two forced and privileged to confront what it meant to be black." I google about Tupac. He is an African-American hip-hop rapper, and his songs are around the violence, black slums, racism, social welfare issues and quarrel with other rappers. Tuopac's works advocate reflecting the political, economic, social and racial equality, and are full of radical revolutionary resistance awareness. He is also seen by many fans, commentators and industries as one of the greatest rap singers of all time. The authors mentioned places and people in the text, take the affluent white California girls for example, who liked his songs, maybe they just liked his music to sound even without knowing the way the lyrics were. The author and brother were brought to the white world and conspiracy theory,  which the racial discrimination brought her a very bad psychological impact, but she heard Tupac's song, then fell in love with him. The author wants to be "calm" like those who listen to him. When I write the narrative essay, I think the most important thing is the people and story. I will use smooth conjunction words to describe my story like what authors writes.
